One of Plymouth Parkour’s key commitments as an active community sports club is to get as many people involved as possible and we do this by getting out there and demonstrating our love for the sport as well as providing opportunity for young people to show off their skills and talents. Fit and Fed

We’ve partnered with Plymouth City Council to provide Fit & Fed holiday clubs, delivering
Parkour tuition that’s free at the point of delivery and accompanied by a nutritious meal to
support underprivileged families (Fit and Fed | PLYMOUTH.GOV.UK)

StreetGames

We’ve teamed up with StreetGames to deliver sports’ interventions to young people in
underserved communities, supporting positive growth and development.

Youth Justice Sports Fund

We’ve received funding from the Youth Justice Sport Fund - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) to deliver
Parkour initiatives. Sport in the community has been proven to reduce crime and gang related
activity and we’re proud to play a part in improving opportunities for Plymouth’s young people.

Youth Centres

We’ve worked with local authorities and youth work charities to deliver sessions in youth centres and outreach facilities.

Shows and Events

And of course, we’ve taken part in LOADS of fun shows and events including Plymouth’s annual
Union Street Party, ‘Petrol Headz on Tour’, ‘Walk this Way’ and ‘Plymouth in Pride’, all in
collaboration with the Barbican Theatre, the Theatre Royal Plymouth’s (TRP) immersive Hip-Hop
festival ‘Breakin’ Convention’, and community fun days all over Devon and Cornwall.
